FRUIT AFTER HIS KIND
“And God said, let the earth bring forth grass, the herbs yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit aftter his kind, whose seed was in itself, after his kind, upon the earth: and it was so.” (Gen. 1:11) is the very word of God. We notice that, there are two “yielding” in the above word of God, but they aren’t the same. The first “yielding” is “ zârả ” pronounced as “ zaw-rah ” which means to conceive while the second one is “ ’ âśâh ” pronounced as “ aw-saw ” which is from the root word “ to do or make ” that is to produce (Hebrew words). God said, let the dry land spring out grass and herds yielding ( zârả) seed; grass means newness, it means green, it means sprouting. It signifies a newly germinating plant, a newly growing leader, a savior. Plants are very significant on earth even physically; they are the major source of food.
